Costa Brava: Cadaques + Empuriabrava

WHERE: Costa Brava, Cadaqués, and Empuriabrava

WHEN: Sunday 6th september

Departure is scheduled for 08:15 from Plaza España, between the two towers, with a return around 20:00.

Explore two of the most beautiful cities in Costa Brava, a coastal region in northeastern Spain stretching from Blanes, northeast of Barcelona, to the French border. This area boasts some of the most stunning beaches in Catalonia! 🌊🏝️

WHY VISIT?

The Costa Brava is a coastal region in Catalonia, northeastern Spain, comprising the comarques of Alt Empordà, Baix Empordà, and Selva in the province of Girona. It extends from Blanes, 60 km northeast of Barcelona, to the French border. Its excellent summer climate, natural beauty, and outstanding beaches make it a popular destination in Spain. 🏖️🌅

We will visit two of the most famous cities:

Empuriabrava

Navigate the canals yourself in a ferry and discover this city, often referred to as the "Venice of Catalonia." 🚣‍♂️

Cadaqués

Known as the "Pearl of the Costa Brava" and a world-famous fishing village. You will have free time for lunch and exploration, including visiting the old town, the beach, the Salvador Dalí statue, and enjoying the sunset. We recommend visiting the Dalí House Museum, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. 🏛️🌄

PRICE (Early Bird):

25€ per person (15€ extra for the boat trip) until 3rd may or for the first 30 people, then 30€. 💰

15% discount always available with our Erasmus Card membership. 🎟️

INCLUSIONS:

• Private bus transportation. 🚌

EXCLUSIONS:

• Boat route in Empuriabrava (approximately 1 hour, 15€ extra). 🚤

PROGRAM:

• 08:15: Departure from Plaza España between the two towers.

• 08:30: Buses depart.

• 10:30: Arrival in Empuriabrava.

• 10:30 to 11:30: Boat route (15€ extra). Navigate on a ferry through Empuriabrava channels. The route lasts about 1 hour, followed by time for photos and beach enjoyment. 📸🏖️

• 14:00: Departure to Cadaqués.

• 15:00: Arrival in Cadaqués.

• 18:30: Meeting at the same location where the bus dropped us off.

• 20:30: Arrival in Barcelona.
