Refund policy

Refund policy depends on the event type and the product purchased (ticket, deposit, trip, etc.).

Free events / RSVP: registration can be cancelled under the event rules; there is usually no charge.

Tickets and payments: refunds follow what is stated on the event or ticket page (for example refundable deposits until a given date).

If WeLoveBCN cancels an event, we will offer a refund or alternative when applicable. If a third party (venue, partner, force majeure) changes or cancels, we apply the policy communicated for that event.

To request a refund, contact WeLoveBCN with your purchase email, event name and payment proof as soon as possible.
