Privacy policy

We process personal data to manage accounts, event registrations, communications and service improvement.

Data we may process: first name, last name, email, phone, Wix/member account data, booking history and interactions with the site or app.

Purpose: event registration and attendance, customer support, confirmation messages and, if you opt in, news and marketing.

Legal basis: performing the service you request, consent where required, and legitimate interest in platform security and improvement.

Retention: for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Rights: you may request access, correction, deletion or objection via the official WeLoveBCN / Erasmus Barcelona channels.

Some services (login, payments, hosting) may involve external providers (for example Wix) that process data under their own policies.

If you open the site, we store a first-party cookie. A promoter link opened afterwards does not move you to that promoter. If the promoter link is the first page you open, the cookie stores that promoter’s code. After a purchase, we keep the code on your account so later purchases stay linked to them. If you were already a customer before that link, you are not reassigned.
